Join Wander Woman for our next in the Gals, Guns and Guac series: Rifle Edition!

Wander Woman has partnered with Great Plains Precision Rifle and a certified instructor to offer introductory rifle classes.

Wednesday 10/26, Session 1 will cover:

• Range Safety
• Gun Safety
• Parts of a rifle
• Action types
• Ammunition types and caliber
• Loading/Unloading with dummy rounds
• Practice rounds with zero’d rifles

What you need to bring:

• Eye Protection
• Ear Protection
• Camping Chair

Cost is $10 to cover rounds fired. Fee is non refundable.

Ladies who attend both sessions will receive a course completion certificate. Girls can bring their own rifles and ammo for their rifle to Session 1 or 2, but must have a confirmed zero prior to shooting without supervision.

To demonstrate confirmed zero, please arrive 15-20 minutes early. This is classroom education with a shoot at the end, so attendees should plan on 80% classroom and 20% range time.

These courses are designed for those who are totally green to the rifle and long range world.  We will be teaching fundamentals to build into long range precision shooting in the Spring. But as always—Any and all experience welcome!
